The ROCK Apartment Survey

Since 2000, Rock has surveyed Birmingham area apartments to gather information on key market fundamentals such as rent growth, occupancy, supply, and concessions.  The findings have been published in the Birmingham Apartment Survey (BAS), also referred to as The ROCK Report.

Since 2005 we have also provided reports in other areas of the state such as Huntsville, Mobile and Montgomery. In the past two years, we have moved into surrounding states. We provide a Florida Panhandle report and a Chattanooga report. The ROCK Reports we provide give a thorough picture of the apartment market in these areas.  

The Mid-Year 2011 Birmingham, Montgomery, Mobile, Huntsville, Florida Emerald Coast, and Chattanooga ROCK Report are now available. All other 2011 Mid-Year ROCK Reports should be complete by the end of December 2011.
